Senior Flutter Engineer
Full-time · Lahore or Glasgow office
Lead the build of cross-platform iOS and Android apps for clients, from architecture through store release.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture and technical decisions on mobile projects
- Build and review Flutter code to a high standard
- Take apps through App Store and Google Play release
- Mentor other developers and guide estimates with the delivery lead
What we look for
- Several years of production Flutter and Dart, with apps live in the stores
- Strong state management, testing and CI/CD experience
- Comfortable with native iOS or Android when Flutter needs it
- Clear written and spoken English for client-facing work

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js and Node)
Full-time · Lahore or Glasgow office
Design and ship web platforms, APIs and client sites that are fast, secure and maintainable.
What you'll do
- Design APIs, data models and front ends for client products
- Set standards for code quality, performance and security
- Review pull requests and raise the bar for the team
- Work with clients and designers to turn requirements into software
What we look for
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node
- Solid database design (SQL and NoSQL) and API design
- A record of shipping and running production systems
- Good judgement on trade-offs, not only on tools

Senior AI Engineer (LLMs and agents)
Full-time · Lahore or Glasgow office
Build AI features and multi-agent systems that are useful in production, with humans kept in the loop.
What you'll do
- Design and build LLM-powered features and agent workflows
- Evaluate quality, cost and failure modes, and fix what you find
- Integrate AI into client products and internal tools
- Advise clients on where AI helps and where it does not
What we look for
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications, including tool use and retrieval
- Strong Python or TypeScript engineering
- Experience with evaluation, monitoring and safe handling of data
- Honest about limits: you can say when AI is the wrong answer

QA and Test Automation Lead

Own quality across web, mobile and backend projects, and build the automation that keeps releases safe.
What you'll do
- Define test strategy and release criteria for projects
- Build and maintain automated test suites
- Run exploratory, regression and performance testing
- Coach developers on testability and catch problems early
What we look for
- Experience leading QA on web and mobile products
- Strong with test automation frameworks and CI integration
- Able to write clear bug reports and risk summaries for clients

What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day delivery for client teams of developers
- Plan sprints, track progress and report to clients regularly
- Remove blockers and manage risks and dependencies
