Production systems, AI-powered products, automation platforms and enterprise software — shipped and running. Some of it links straight through; some of it is confidential client work we can show without naming who it's for.
A customer ordering and rider delivery app plus a web admin console for Tooting Fish & Kebab — one build covering the full loop from order to doorstep, now live on the App Store. We also built the restaurant's website.
The challenge
Tooting Fish & Kebab was growing fast, but orders came through phone calls and third-party delivery marketplaces. Marketplaces take a large cut of every order and keep the customer relationship for themselves, and manual order-taking meant mistakes, missed calls and slow service at peak times. The restaurant needed its own channel and a clear view of its business.
A cross-platform AI art and video generator — Flutter apps on iOS and Android plus a Firebase-hosted web client — turning a written prompt into a finished image.
A companion app for Boppo, a physical light-up game console for kids — pairing over Bluetooth to browse and launch games like Catch the Runner, Color Mixer and Memory.
A full-build Next.js site for a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner's telehealth practice — MetaBuf now also runs ongoing support and medical billing for the client.
A full-build Next.js site for a residential and commercial contractor in Port Saint Lucie, Florida — MetaBuf now also runs ongoing support, social media marketing and quotation work for the client.
A full-build WordPress site for a halal fish & chips and Turkish kebab takeaway in Tooting, South London — online ordering, a full menu and a same-night booking path.
A conversion-focused Next.js marketing site for a residential painting company in Colorado Springs — service pages, a project gallery, and an estimate request form that writes straight to a database.
A premium Next.js website for Esher Cars, a private hire and airport transfer firm in Surrey: online booking, owner-managed airport fares and a custom CMS, so the owner runs the site, fleet, pricing and enquiries from one dashboard.
The challenge
Esher Cars needed an online presence that better reflected its service quality and reduced the operational burden of managing its website. The objective was clear: a premium website that works as a practical business tool, not simply an online brochure.

A local SEO engagement for Esher Station Cars, a private hire firm in Esher, Surrey: search optimisation of its existing WordPress website, on the client's own domain, focused on minicabs and airport transfers.
The challenge
Local transport businesses depend on reaching customers at the moment they need a journey. Searches for minicabs, local taxi services and airport transfers connect customers with providers serving their area. For Esher Station Cars, the opportunity was to make its existing website work harder as part of that discovery process.
A confidential engagement building a multi-agent AI system that researches prospects, qualifies leads and prepares personalized outreach — so a sales team spends its time on conversations, not busywork.
The challenge
The client's sales team was losing hours every week to manual prospect research, decision-maker lookup and outreach prep — time that should have gone to actual selling conversations.
What we built
A coordinated system of AI agents, each responsible for one stage of the pipeline: researching a prospect and their company, identifying likely decision-makers, scoring the lead against the client's ideal customer profile, drafting a personalized outreach angle, monitoring replies, and recommending the next follow-up. A rolling summary keeps sales leadership oriented on pipeline activity without manually compiling it.

A confidential engagement centralizing operational data from multiple locations into one command center — executive dashboards, automated reporting and an AI agent that watches for what actually needs attention.
The challenge
Leadership across a multi-location organization had no single view of the business — KPIs lived in separate systems, reports were compiled by hand, and unusual patterns often surfaced only after they'd become a problem.
What we built
A central operations platform consolidating data from every location into executive dashboards, automated recurring reports and role-based views for different parts of the business. An AI operations agent continuously monitors incoming activity, flags anomalies, and produces plain-language summaries of what changed and why it matters.

A confidential engagement building a complete workforce management platform — employees, attendance, leave, payroll workflows and approvals — with an AI assistant for internal operational questions.
The challenge
As the client's headcount grew, spreadsheets and disconnected tools couldn't keep up with attendance, leave, approvals and payroll workflows — managers had no single, reliable source of truth for day-to-day workforce operations.
What we built
A complete workforce management platform covering employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll workflows, multi-level approvals, employee documents and management-facing dashboards, with role-based access throughout. An AI HR/operations assistant answers internal workforce questions and helps managers retrieve operational information without digging through reports.

A confidential engagement building a multi-agent AI system that classifies, resolves and escalates customer and operational requests — with human staff always the last word on complex cases.
The challenge
The client was handling a high volume of customer and operational requests through manual triage — repetitive questions consumed staff time that complex, high-stakes cases actually needed.
What we built
A multi-agent system with specialists for customer support, ticket classification, knowledge retrieval, order/request status lookups, and internal operations, coordinated so agents hand work to whichever specialist is best suited — and escalate to a human the moment a case exceeds what an agent should resolve alone. Every handoff and escalation is logged for review.

Key features

A confidential engagement connecting a distributed fleet of physical assets into one monitoring platform — real-time status, maintenance tracking and an AI agent that reads the telemetry for early warning signs.
The challenge
The client operates physical assets across multiple locations, and maintenance was largely reactive — issues were caught after they caused downtime, not before.
What we built
An IoT platform ingesting live telemetry from distributed equipment into real-time fleet dashboards with location and status information, historical analytics, and maintenance tracking. An AI operations agent continuously analyzes incoming telemetry, watching for the early signals that typically precede a failure, and surfaces them as maintenance recommendations before they become costly downtime.
