Case study · Mobile App · Food Delivery
A customer ordering and rider delivery app plus a web admin console for Tooting Fish & Kebab — one build covering the full loop from order to doorstep, now live on the App Store. We also built the restaurant's website.

Customer appiOS · AndroidThe challenge
Tooting Fish & Kebab was growing fast, but orders came through phone calls and third-party delivery marketplaces. Marketplaces take a large cut of every order and keep the customer relationship for themselves, and manual order-taking meant mistakes, missed calls and slow service at peak times. The restaurant needed its own channel and a clear view of its business.
What we built

01 · iOS · Android
Customers browse the menu, order in a few taps and track their delivery live.

02 · iOS · Android
Riders receive assigned deliveries and update each order's status, so customers always know when the food is coming.

03 · Web
The owner sees the whole business in one place, and staff run the restaurant side without a developer.

04 · Web
We also built the restaurant's website: the first thing a hungry customer sees, with ordering one click away.
From order to doorstep
Browse the menu, add to cart and check out in the app.
The order appears in the admin console, where a rider is assigned.
The rider goes online, sees the delivery and navigates to the door.
Key features
Customers pay in one tap with the wallet already on their phone, or with a card. Fast, trusted checkout means fewer abandoned carts.
Paid orders print on the kitchen printer straight away, with no re-typing and fewer errors.
Menus and orders appear as soft placeholders while content loads, so the app feels instant even on a weak connection.
The app follows each customer's phone setting and stays comfortable to use at any time of day.
The restaurant can send offers and order updates straight to customers' phones, which brings them back to order again.
Fluid transitions and a lightweight build keep the app responsive on both platforms.

What it means for the business
Revenue and orders both rose by roughly a quarter in a single month.
Nearly two in three customers come back, and the restaurant owns that customer relationship.
Direct orders skip marketplace commission fees.
Live tracking and auto-printing cut delivery time and kitchen errors.
The owner makes decisions from live data instead of guesswork.
