The challenge
As the client's headcount grew, spreadsheets and disconnected tools couldn't keep up with attendance, leave, approvals and payroll workflows — managers had no single, reliable source of truth for day-to-day workforce operations.
What we built
A complete workforce management platform covering employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll workflows, multi-level approvals, employee documents and management-facing dashboards, with role-based access throughout. An AI HR/operations assistant answers internal workforce questions and helps managers retrieve operational information without digging through reports.
